These terms apply when you use Bokeh TV, made by Cor Ten Labs, a brand of OBERG INVEST AS, Norway. The licence for the app itself is the standard Microsoft Store licence.

Bokeh TV is a player

Bokeh TV doesn't provide any channels, films or series. It plays what your own provider offers. You are responsible for having the right to watch everything you add. Don't use Bokeh TV with sources you aren't allowed to use.

Your account

You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that email safe; anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You can delete your account at any time under Settings.

Fair use

Don't try to break, overload or get around the service, or use it to harm others. We may close accounts that do.

Film and series details

Posters and details come from TMDB. This application uses TMDB and the TMDB APIs but is not endorsed, certified, or otherwise approved by TMDB.

No guarantees

We work to keep Bokeh TV running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of faults, and we aren't responsible for your provider or its streams. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell you in the app if a change matters for you.
